But when did expensive US restaurant chains get declared "high end" cuisine?
I mean don't get me wrong. Outback can be yummy (although it failed here in less than a year, despite being plopped down in fat US wanna-be West Island hell where you'd think they'd have devoured it like zombies on brains). And Cheesecake Factory in that bland tasty-yet-filling way can be nice. But it really makes me sad when someone claims a chain restaurant, even one as nice as admittedly Ruth's Chris is, is a "high end" restaurant.
