Fence Climbing!

I took Ruby out for some walking tonight when we returned (sans Kay, who is violently ill) from Pascal's.
Near my house there's a small part of an alley where the city turned it into a mini park. A couple benches, some trees, grass, that sort of thing. We went there and found SQUIRREL!
Squirrel went up in tree (intelligent). Ruby sat beneath trying to climb the tree while I sat on the bench and rested a bit.
She looked around trying to figure out how to get up there. She then went to the fence under the tree, (scowling at the evil uncooperative squirrel the entire time) which resembles this kind of fence:
and is vinyl.
SHE CLIMBED THE FREAKING FENCE.
Well, started to. She got her top two paws in, then her bottom two, then moved up with her top paws, then dragged her bottom ones up, at which point I said to myself HOLY CRAP MY DOG IS CLIMBING A FENCE and called her over to come sit.
She then came to sit by me and continued to stare down Stupid Squirrel who would not come down and be eaten, until we left.
Exciting!
