Seriously people, keep your cats indoors

Had myself and my neighbour not just intervened, Ruby would have had a delicious feline feast. Another feral cat, in addition to the colony we had last winter. These nasty things are used to cars dogs people thanks to our urban setting and don't even run when attacked. That was truly a disturbing sight to watch, especially when Sadie for a split second got in on the tug of war (her prey drive is not as high as Ruby's so when I said no she backed off).

I am wondering how obligated I am to tell the redneck version QC neighbours that this cat was hurt. This animal very most likely needs veterinary attention. However, I am near to certain they won't take the cat anyway. Before anyone asks, SPCA does not have the resources to care. Already checked.

Oh, the reason I ask if I should ask them... I thought all these cats were feral. No. My asshole neighbours feed them and consider them "theirs."
