Article: While Raitt said then she could empathize with people whose cancer tests and treatments are being delayed due to the isotope shortage caused by the Chalk River nuclear reactor shutdown, and that cancer has touched her own family, the natural resources minister didn't offer an apology for her comments.

Yes, stuff like this seriously irks me.
