I can't believe anyone would pay what passes for university tuition rates (I call it extortion) in the US.

Full-time undergraduate students at Canadian universities are paying an average of $4,524 in tuition fees this year — up from $1,185 at the end of the 1980s — but may take comfort from a slowdown in fee increases, Statistics Canada reports.
Note, this article is complaining about rate increases.
Seriously.
I love this country. ah, 48% vs 38% and with that I get health care and that kind of tuition rate for my kids? Bet your ass I'm staying here! :-D (I could deal with finally getting around to annexing the Turks and Caicos, however).
