STFU and stop embarassing yourselves

Apparently, the St. Pat's parade is too English.
Now y'all know I am about as Uncle Tom as it gets when it comes to les loi linguistique dans la belle province.
But seriously, this is a "STFU and GBTW" moment. It's St. Patrick's, not Journee de St. Patrice.
To wit, I told my husband "I will celebrate your day for you when you're gone!" (he will be out of town).
He looked at me blankly. "But it's not Canada Day." (His birthday is Canada Day).
"St. Patrick's?"
"My name is Patrice. Not the same."
They're stupid to go protesty on a day when Montreal cops ignore open container laws and the liquor stores sell Jameson hand over fist to rowdy crowds.

You have to understand though, these are retards, not The Real Voice of Francophonerie in Quebec.
That doesn't change the fact that we have to live with the retards.
