weird christmas displays

a couple blocks from my house (Casgrain and Liege for you locals who want to see) there is a... rather large... expansive... Christmas display.

It's a complex plastic nativity, complete with plastic animals, a manger, and it plays various Christmas carols.

In the middle of the star of Bethlehem, is a huge, massive, four foot...

Santa?

I mean wtf.

That just seems, out of place. Strange. Odd.

Anyway every time we walk by it at night Ruby just stops, looks at it, looks at me, whimpers, then pulls me away. I think it's the music that freaks her out.

The musical ones are the worst. If it's still the same woman next to the Wellington exit of de l'Eglise metro, her balcony deserves a vote too.
