So this woman in Sheboygan Wisc. has this super fat dog and it gets frozen to the sidewalk. Humane society comes with the genius plan no one else apparently was intelligent enough to think of, and uses some hot water to free the poor thing.

Now when I heard the dog was fat, I was all thinking 10-15 lbs overweight.

This poor animal cannot even walk. He can only crawl.

Holy s***. I mean -- 50 POUNDS overweight? Isn't the right weight for a border collie probably 50 lbs??

yeah, they're around 50-60 lbs :-(

This dog cannot even lift it's ass off. It scoots along the ground. wtf? Who does that?!
