Writer's Block: Mega Bite

I've thought of this for years and I do intend to open one on my 40th birthday as a present to myself, serving the kind of food I love, and love to cook. Family style grilling/picnic fare, everything from fried chicken and mashed potatoes to fabulous take out picnic baskets with bread and wine and cheese and nuts and fruits.

However, I've gotten an extreme bug lately to really get a healthy delivery place going. A place serving delicious healthy wraps and sandwiches, lean cuts of meat, delicious roasted vegetables, fresh fabulous salad's like the ones at Mandy's and basically just good healthy fabulous stuff. I truly do believe people would go for it. You can only eat so many burgers, poutines, BBQ chickens, smoked meats, and greek fare before you get bored ya know?

On the Plateau at least, there are some places that do this, I think...? I never ordered from them, but I remember the menu booklets were way more eclectic on the Plateau than anywhere else I'd lived.
